Child Safety Standards

Connectme.express is a social networking service for adults aged 18 and over. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and removing any content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children, and to cooperating fully with law enforcement. This page describes our standards and practices, as required by Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Our commitment

• We prohibit CSAE and CSAM of any kind on our Service.
• We prohibit grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, and any attempt to use the Service to harm a child.
• We restrict our Service to users who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, or requesting child sexual abuse material.
• Sexualizing, soliciting, or grooming a minor.
• Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age to engage in sexual conduct.
• Any other conduct that endangers a child.

3. How users can report

Every user profile and conversation in the app includes a Report option, with "Child safety / involves a minor" as a reporting reason. Users can also block anyone to immediately stop contact. Reports are confidential and reviewed promptly.

4. How we respond

• We review child-safety reports as a priority.
• We remove violating content and permanently ban offending accounts.
• We preserve relevant evidence and report suspected CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement in the Philippines.
• We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

5. Legal compliance

We comply with all applicable child-safety laws, including the laws of the Republic of the Philippines (such as the Anti-Child Pornography Act, Republic Act No. 9775) and report to regional and national authorities as required. We align our practices with Google Play's Child Safety Standards and CSAE policies.
